The pilot of the Wing Gundam, the boy known as Heero is the most grim and serious of the Gundam pilots. His true name is unknown, but for this mission of revenge he has been code-named after the martyred leader of the space colonies. Raised by the scientist Doctor J, Heero has been trained since childhood to be a ruthless killing machine, equally proficient in mobile suit piloting, personal combat, demolitions, and computer hacking.
Though Heero's upbringing hasn't quite managed to squeeze all the compassion out of him, he is nonetheless callous towards his allies, and cold-blooded towards his enemies, and almost suicidally careless of his own life. His unexpected reluctance to kill Relena, after she discovers his identity, is the first step in Heero's gradual reclamation of his own humanity.

His gentle personality quickly wins over his fellow Gundam pilot Trowa Barton, and he eventually becomes the de facto leader of the Gundam pilots.

Trowa is a gifted and fearless acrobat, and these abilities also prove useful in his alternate occupation as a Gundam pilot.
Despite his youth, Trowa is an experienced professional soldier. His preferred combat tactic is to stand his ground and spray the battlefield with an endless hail of bullets, though every now and then he'll dispatch an enemy with his acrobatic trademark move - a mid-air triple spin, ending in a deadly knife slash.

The pilot of the Gundam Deathscythe, Duo is as jolly and happy-go-lucky as Gundam pilots get. But despite his friendly nature, Duo earns his "God of Death" nickname when he takes on Alliance and OZ soldiers in battle.
Prior to Operation Meteor, Duo was part of the spacegoing salvage organization known as the Sweeper Group, and on Earth he is assisted by the Sweepers' seafaring kinsfolk. When there is a lull in the fighting, Duo happily returns to his salvage-merchant's trade. He is distinguished by his black wardrobe, his yard-long braided ponytail, and his minister's collar.

But his pride is something of a weak point - when pushed too far, Wufei's huge ego has a tendency to break.
Unlike the other Gundam pilots, even the relatively antisocial Heero and Trowa, Wufei prefers to operate alone and frequently seems to have a better idea what's going on than his blundering fellows. His only companion is his Gundam, which he calls "Nataku" after the Chinese mythological hero.

Early in the story, Relena's dying foster father reveals her real identity: she is the daughter of King Peacecraft of the Sanc Kingdom, spirited away to safety when the kingdom was razed by Alliance troops. Relena soon decides to continue the pacifist work of her true parent, and becomes a leading advocate for peace and nonviolence in an increasingly chaotic world

Zechs's mask hides a dark secret. He is actually the son of King Peacecraft, heir to the Sanc Kingdom and Relena's long-lost brother. OZ will eventually give him the opportunity to avenge the death of his father and the destruction of his homeland, but what path will this charismatic warrior take after his long-sought revenge is obtained?

As befits his noble breeding, Treize is a gentleman and a chivalrous warrior, adored by his underlings and respected even by his bitter enemies. He has a long friendship with Zechs, and goes to some lengths to protect his old friend when Zechs's more eccentric activities draw the attentions of the suspicious Romefeller Foundation.

Somehow, Noin has discerned the secret of Zechs's true identity, and she is fascinated with her flamboyant former classmate. When she encounters Zechs again after more than a year's separation, she happily becomes his sidekick, and soon takes his sister Relena under her wing as an extension of her loyalty to Zechs.

Treize's loyal aide and agent, Lady Une eagerly attends to her master's every need, from drawing his bath to assassinating his enemies. On occasion, her enthusiasm earns her gentle rebukes from the more chivalrous Treize.
Later in the story, another side of Lady's personality is revealed. Taking off her glasses and letting down her hair, she becomes OZ's saintly ambassador to the space colonies, bringing a message of peace, love, and strength through armed self-defense. This gentle persona isn't just a pose, but a genuine split personality; in effect there are two Lady Unes, one as sweet and meek as the other is venomous and cruel.

| Endless Waltz
The year is after colony 196, currently there are no weapons present. Heero, Duo, Trowa, and Quatre's Gundams are sent off towards Venus to be destroyed. Wufei, however, does not send his. Sally, code named water, sees some neo-titanium and wonders where it came from.
Silent Orbit
It is X-mas eve Sally and Noin ponder if there is a new suit and if that is the reason for the neo-titanium. Relena, in a meeting with officials is poisoned by them and taken off to where Dekim and Mariemeia are. Trowa, at the circus is approached by men of the Barton company. When he recognizes this he wonders if he is still after him and then ponders that it might be Laia's daughter, Mariemeia. Trowa remembers working on Heavyarms when the prediciment between the real Trowa Barton and Dr. S happened. The real Trowa was threatening to tell his father about Dr. S changing the orders of Operation Meteor. As he leaves the real Trowa is shot and killed and the nameless boy who we all know as Trowa Barton comes foward saying he will take his name. Giving the soldiers a breifing, Dekim spots Trowa out of the crowd. Trowa does his infamous flip and lands infront of Dekim only to be held at swordpoint by Wufei. Noin, code name fire, and Sally pinpoint the source of the neo-titanium. Relena, now in a room with Mariemeia, is informed that she is Treize's daughter. She tells Relena that she will pursue the ideals of her father and tells Relena she will not tolerate any outbursts from her as she questions Mariemeia on what she is doing. Relena asks her what she wants with her but all Mariemeia says is that she will know soon enough. Duo and Heero are now traveling to the colony with the source of the neo-titanium. Heero remembers his younger days. In the colony running in the fields and meeting a young girl and her puppy and introducing themselves. The young girl gives him a flower and departs as her dog drags her off. At night Heero destroys a base on the colony but a mobile suit is thrown into a building with civilians on accident. Seeing this Heero goes about the rubble to find the bodies of the girl and puppy he had met earlier. He picks up the puppy and brings it back to Dr. J where he is reprimanded that he must be retrained and have completely no emotions if he is to carryout his mission. Heero is then woken up from his memories by Duo who tells him that Mariemeia is about to make a statement. As she does this she declares her colonies independence and also war. Lady Une seeing this knows that they cannot fight her with there forces alone. Just then a man walks in to her room asking if he too can have a code name, his code name Wind, his name, Zechs. Still traveling Duo and Heero run into Sally and Noin who ask if they want to work together on this. Duo doesn't respond to there hospitality and heads for the colony knowing that without their mobile suits it will be a hard task. Noin and Sally see this and back them up anyway creating a diversion with the Taurus'. Quatre and the Maguanacs are now heading towards the boulder they sent out with everyones gundam on it. Quatre in hopes wants to get the suits back to the other pilots since it was his idea to send them off in the first place. Duo and Heero manuever through the suits and are now inside the colony. Duo and Heero jump into mobile suits and battle going through the inside. Duo is then faced with a new mobile suit, fighting him he recognizes the pilots technique and that it is Trowa. On the other hand Heero is approached by Wufei in his gundam when they begin to fight, Wufei telling Heero that he has always wanted to fight him.
Operation Meteor
This begins with Quatre remembering Instructor H telling him of the self destruct switch but telling Quatre not to listen to any orders and to just go out and fight on his own and if he wants to use it then he can. Heero, Duo, Trowa, and Wufei are still fighting; Trowa fires missles at Duo and Duo wondering if this is the end remembers back when he placed bombs upon Deathscythe but them not detonating and Dr. G telling him that he can use it for another way other than murder. Duo agreed to this having in mind that he'd become death for the peace of the colony. He is then told to steal Deathscythe and to visit the pacific and that there is a guy named Howard there who will help him. Trowa, upon firing at Duo remembers back when he was working on Heavyarms and how he has always been a nameless soldier. [The orginal Trowa was Dekim's son] Where Wufei and Heero are fighting smoke fills the room and Heero is out of his suit no where to be found. Duo, after hearing the blast opens his eyes and sees Trowa gone and a hole a few feet away from his suit. At this point Noin and Sally realize that the new mobile suits are being deplyed somewhere else and send a warning to earth. Relena and Mariemia are talking and Mariemia says the wants to be the victor in this fight. Relena questions her asking if this is really what she thought Treize would want, conquering the earth. Heero and Duo now inside the colony wonder if Dekim is trying to pull off the 'real' operation meteor. Quatre has now redevoued with the boulder there gundams are in and prepares to turn it around. Meanwhile, Dekim launches the serpant unit towards earth. A mobile suit it detected, it's the Tallgeese III, it then begins destroying the serpant carriers. Milliardo (aka Wind) tells Dekim to surrender but Dekim says that this is not the only card they hold, that they will pull off the orginal operatoin meteor and that they can drop a colony on earth at anytime. Milliardo helpless, watches as the rest of the serpant units fall to earth. Wufei follows the serpant unit towards earth. Relena then hears word of them dropping a colony on earth and begs Mariemia to stop. It is then Relena learns her pupose for being there as Mariemia tells her that she is to offer her the highest possible rank and since Relena is so well respected that the colonies will then adhere by her decision. Back at the colony Heero and Duo break into the facility. [The original operation meteor was to drop a colony on earth and then take over with the gundams] Heero and Duo come into a room where they see Trowa, Trowa informs them that the system is locked and they must unlock it. Duo asks if Wufei is just pretending also but Trowa and Heero tell him that he doesn't to things in such a round about way. Milliardo destroys the satellite MO3 but Dekim is still able to escape. Finally Trowa and the others get into the system and save the colony from being crashed upon earth. Guards arrive at the door, just then they recieve a trasnmission from Quatre telling them that he has there gundams. Heero then asks Quatre to send his into outer space and that he will pick it up there. Heero then turns to Duo and asks Duo to hit him, as a favor. Duo smiling, does so but then Heero hits Duo back saying 1 for 1, Duo then drops, Trowa catching him and then Heero lies down on the floor. Just then the guards open the door and Trowa tells them that he has taken care of the two, as soon as the guards are past Heero he glances up then runs out the door.
Return to Forever
Now it just wouldn't be right if I told u the ending ;)
Observations:
Need more Trowa with shirt off!
Heero is just too cute when he smiles.
Quatre always shows up in the nick of time.
Duo always gets picked on by Heero.
Wufei, well we all know what they say about men who carry big swords, they have small *ahem*.
Why the hell wasn't Zechs with Noin this whole time instead of off by himself.
Lady Une seems to have regained control of her Identity.
